Strasburg Dress SPECIAL Vintage White Extremely Rare Heirloom Embroidery size 5

This Strasburg Extremely Rare Heirloom size 5 dress is A Special Find! Not produced in decades, this little dress has exquisite detailing.The float style dress is made of 100% fine cotton lawn.The collar is a sweet Peter Pan style with delicate French lace trim.The sleeves are trimmed in a matching lace and gather with a white satin ribbon that is woven through a white embroidered ladder design trim.The ribbons finish off in a tied bow leaving streamers of ribbon flowing from the sleeves. The skirt of the dress has gorgeous hand embroidered floral horseshoe wreaths in shades of pinks, greens and blues which wrap around the dress, evenly spaced. In the front center bottom is one of Strasburg's signature hand shadow bows in pale blue. The dress has an upper button back closure with another fine detail- a secret little hand embroidered pink and green rosebud! Will fit a size 6 also due to Strasburg's generous sizing and float style.This dress is for the Vintage Seeker! Everything is perfect, spotless, white and looks new except there is an area near the bottom of the skirt where the delicate fabric is thinning, but not at all noticeable with a slip worn underneath as shown in images. You would not spot it unless it was mentioned. I have decreased the price for that reason only.Original Strasburg Heirloom dress over 30 years old, but in near perfect condition.This dress remains a VINTAGE TREASURE!
