Strapless, tie-dye, midi dress Sz Small or Medium

This is a strapless dress that hits below my knee. It is camo colors of black and green, but has a tie-dye pattern. The tag was never there so I don’t know what size it is. Please see measurements for details. Sometimes I wear a small and sometimes I wear a medium so this could be either one of those two sizes.
