Strapless Wine Red Dress

NEW without tags! Only tired on a few times; never worn for longer than 10 minutes! Perfect for formal events! Elegant and timeless design! I bought two dresses for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid, then picked the other dress instead. I did end up taking the dress with me to the out of the state wedding as a backup dress, then by the time I returned from my trip the time window to return the dress had expired. Recommend getting it steamed as it was in my a suitcase for a week. The dress never had formal tags . Nothing was removed.
