Strapless Summer Dress with Belt and Pockets

New, never worn and still has tags! Dress also has pockets! The tag says the color is “Paprika”. It’s like a burnt rose color. Waist is about 12” From top (middle) to bottom is about 26.5” From highest point on top to bottom is about 28” Please see pictures for a better idea of where I measured. Thanks!!
