Hot pink strapless high low midi dress featuring matching 3D dot pattern, ruffles & a stretchy top hemline. It has top straps to easily put on a hanger (not for wearing). Measurements were taken with no stretch, just laying flat. 100% cotton material. Tag says S/M. Can fit either size due to the flexible hemline. Made in India. Good condition, no flaws!
