Strapless Navy Tulip Bandage Dress

Size Small but with a lot of stretch. I am 5'7" 130 34D. Great fun Dress. Material is thick and of great Quality. I wore it once to a summer wedding. The rubber in the top helps keep the dress in place. Comes in at waist, then flares out. Great Bandage Pattern. Great Structure. Hoping someone else can enjoy it!
