Strapless Maxi Dress with Belt

This dress has a stretchy top and a chiffon bottom. The belt is made of chiffon as well. Two slits open at the knee. A thick fabric underneath reaches to knee length leaving the very bottom of the dress see-through. It has been worn a handful of times but has lots of life left in it. I will accept reasonable offers💕
