NWOT (never worn or washed) strapless dress. Brand is City Triangles. Size 11. White top (lightly padded) with black band (back is a Spandex stretch-pictured) and bottom is a pleated khaki color. Exposed zipper in back. Skirt is slightly full (pleats). Self- 97% Cotton 3% Spandex Contrast- 97 Cotton 3% Spandex Lining (bra/top area) - 100% Polyester Hand wash cold. Rough measurements- Armpit to armpit- 16” Length (mid top to bottom hem)- 27” Band (seam to seam) - 16”
