Custom pageant gown from Mia Bella couture in Dallas! They no longer do customs. It is semi sheer in the lower half with a train. I wore this for a couple pageants and had added the strap to the waist to give more structure and had beading fixed at any spots it was loose. Comes with additional beading and multiple earrings.
