The flaws are all in the last few photos. There is some wear to the leather piping and the top handle should be sewn back on one side. I would say that 70% of it is detatched. Also on one of the straps about 15% has become detatched. This bag retails for $195 so with about 10 minutes of work it could be in perfect working condition .
