Stooshy black rosette flower skirt size L

This item is in good condition it does have a small little hole which I do point out in the pictures from far away you cant really tell... it is lined and it has a place where to put a belt if you want to. Measurements are top to bottom about 16 1/2 inches and across the waist is about 18 inches.
