Stone Cold Fox $376 Marrakech Black Velvet Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Mini Dress XS/S

This dress by Stone Cold Fox is absolutely darling! It has a zip closure up the back and semi-sheer puff sleeves that can be worn up or off shoulder. Sleeves have elastic around the bottom of cuffs. Dress has a nude lining, sweetheart neckline and a corset style top. There are a few flaws: some pulling apart of silk near right shoulder at the top of sleeve (see pic), light pulling along back seam near zipper, inside brand tag has come off one side (see pic, small holes where it was on lining only), and has some very light marks on the inside of lining from wear (see pic, may come clean).
