caraswitzer @cheaptags hi! It has two layers, the top is a firm lace and the underneath is a soft smooth layer. What measurements do you want? :)

cheaptags @caraswitzer that’s okay I think I know what ur saying .. the top outer layer is a lace that doesn’t stretch but the inside layer is a soft shell ... I thought if you laid it flat and measured it and maybe add a photo of what the materials are I’d get an idea if the whole shirt had stretch to it...
