br3hmk Thanks for asking! lying flat pit to pit is 20" & sleeve (from armpit)is 21"... This item is NEW w/o tags only tried on a couple times & I washed it recently in prep for sale > zero wear anywhere.. I recommend checking out Stio's website to read up on reviews as they currently carry this style (this is a past season color) - their size guide states W's Small fits chest measurement 34"-36" (body measurement not garment)
