Earrings of natural stick agate stones in 925 silver plated frames with 925 ear wires. Including hooks, they dangle 2 1/8 inches long, .5 inch wide. Stick agate comes from Turkey. It occurs when agate fills a cavity within a rock that already contains stick-like mineral formations, creating unique patterns. This process is called pseudomorph and is caused by the agate filling the space where aragonite and calcite used to be.
