squidpossums @librarythreads out of curiosity, because I don’t sell on Poshmark, do sellers get to keep what is leftover from shipping cost? Or does it cost the full 7.95 to ship one item? I usually refrain from making offers because shipping and tax adds more than $10 to anything I purchase, which is significant for one item. I’d rather pay full asking with discounted or free shipping. So I’m curious which way the seller makes more money.

librarythreads @squidpossums the discounted shipping comes out of our pocket. So if we offer you 5.95 or free, we’re paying what the buyer isn’t. The fees are pretty steep, but I find it more profitable to sell on posh and be patient than to take everything to a buffalo exchange or Plato’s closet because you can make a little bit more on here than those places. So yes, to answer your question, it costs the full 7.97$ for shipping regardless of the buyer or seller pays it.
