Steve Madden shawl, one size

Very fun stars-and-stripes shawl/shrug/ cover-up for summer! New, only worn once. It has arm holes, so has a more defined shape than just a scarf shawl. Very small hole on the back of the right sleeve, pictured. From a smoke-free home.
