Steve Madden Plaid Ruffle Flats, 10

These flats are perfect for the summer! They feature a fabulous plaid print perfect with any white dress, navy skirt, or denim cut offs. These flats dip low closer to the arch of the foot and rise up to the ruffles over the peep toe. There is very little wear evident in these flats except on the bottom where there are scruffs on the soles and the heel show slight use. These feel slightly loose but only because of the dip in the arch but otherwise quite walkable for me, I wear a 9.5-10.
