Steve Madden Pass Lug Heeled Rhinestone Combat Boots

These combat boots have an incredible amount of bling! I don’t have the box and the boots have been sitting in the closet for a bit. I think the boots were worn once or maybe twice for a short period of time. They are in excellent condition with a mild flaw on the bottom (shown last pic) it looks like a piece of glue but I am not sure why. Otherwise boots look great.
