These Steve Madden heels have shimmering rhinestone double wrap ankle straps with a thin glittering toe strap. The sole is velveteen. The stiletto heel is 4.5 inches and the shoes are a size 7 1/2. Please note the rough edge on the end of one of the straps. It is concealed once the shoes are buckled. There is also marring on the heels as shown. But these shoes have more festive life to be lived.
