Steve Madden Black Fringe Tote

GUC. This bag was my travel carryon bag for the longest time. I always got lots of compliments! There is some fraying on the handles ( see pics) but other than that it’s in great shape. The crossbody strap can be removed as well. There’s loads of room for all your necessities!
