Has some stretch. Approximate Measurements laying flat Shoulders 15” Bust - 17" Waist - 15" Hips 17” Length - 37" Sleeve length - 22.5" Approximately 2” hole near bottom front hem. See last pic. This would need a repair or dress could be shortened to eliminate this area. Two rhinestones are hanging on by one thread. One on cuff, one in shoulder. See 2nd to last picture.
