The Royal Deluxe owes its signature suppleness to a proprietary fur-felt blend, which gives the hat a forgiving fit and allows the brim to be snapped up or down. Like all Open Roads, the Royal Deluxe easily transitions from city to country, and looks equally sharp on a woman or a man. The Open Road Royal Deluxe features a roan leather sweatband and a 4 ¼” crown outfitted with a grosgrain hat band and branding-iron hat pin bearing the initials “JBS”, a nod to our founder, John B.
