Sterling vintage bangle bracelet Hallmark with Makers marks and numbered.

Sterling vintage etched floral bangle. Makers marks and numbered piece. (Shown in photos) I believe this is an English piece (S&E- Smith & Ewen, Britain) possibly as far back as the ‘20s. *I’m NOT guaranteeing this history, only trying to give some helpful insight.* Please have a jeweler authenticate & appraise if that matters to you. I’ve tried my best to research the makers marks & it’s a tedious venture. This bracelet had an intact safety chain when I purchased but I had my jeweler r/r with a safety clasp. I personally find that safety chains get caught on everything and defeat the whole purpose! Approx Size 7.0-7.5 will fit best Please review all photos and ask questions- I am happy to help.
