Sterling silver necklace with 10 interlocking circles

This stunning necklace was purchased at the Fairmont in Santa Monica several years ago. I simply don’t wear it. I know it is real sterling silver as it does tarnish over time but I could not see a stamp. It measures 18 inches in length with a 2 inch extender with a lobster clasp.
