your getting the ring you see in the photos. I bought it as Amethyst but it kind of looks redish. so the only thing I do know is they are Not glass. it when up high on my diamond test. I don't have a stone tester that tells you the stone, because it really doesn't matter to me what the stones are. being I'm not a gemologist it would do me no good because the next question is usually is it natural or man-made, so I don't usually bother calling stones out. but I think these are good and unusual boxF
