Sterling silver, and CZ ring - size 7

Sterling, silver, and CZ ring Size 7 I can’t read the markings inside of this ring to save my life, but I know that it is sterling silver because I am allergic to a lot of metal, so I always buy sterling . This was purchased at Nordstrom quite a while ago, but it is in great condition as I only wore it maybe twice.
