Sterling silver Zuni inlaid watch band old pawn mother of pearl coral and bone

Sterling silver Zuni inlaid watch band old pawn mother of pearl coral and bone. This is so cool but I don’t wear a watch. I’m not sure of the opaque white stone.. bone or shell perhaps? I can’t find a stamp and this is common with older artisan silver pieces. Please note the center links are not silver only the part where the inlay is. .4 oz
