Sterling silver Vintage ‘Damask Rose’ ornate 6” raised bowl on weighted base

Currently in patina condition. Could be polished. Really cute, in good vintage condition no dents or damage visible to bowl, but base has been repaired or damaged, doesn’t seem original design. Also, the bowl sits crooked. I think these type of Victorian look pieces are getting hard to find. Would be good for holding small items, or polish and use as serving dish.
