Sterling dangle earrings with blue stones

These are new in the box never worn. Includes a gift box. These have been acid tested to ensure Sterling purity. They are marked on the post and the dangle/drop. They measure 0.75” length. I believe the stone to be blue topaz but I have no way to test the stones.
