Sterling Silver with Black Plated Gold Black Widow Charm

This is a stunning charm. The detailed enamel webbing on the bail and the large glass drop shows through to its belly. That means it's a black widow spider with red on the belly. The black gold plating means that the sterling silver will have less oxidation and colour retention is higher. Its little reticulated legs are so realistic we were almost afraid that it would come to life. At least, kept on the bracelet, it has no chance of escaping. Or, does it??
