Sterling Silver and green Turquoise Oval Ring Sz 7

Not sure where I got it or when, probably had it at least 10 years. Green turquoise in sterling silver, band was bent but can be fixed. Pretty sure it's a size 7. Measure just under 3/4 of an inch tall. (Didn't realize how dirty it was until these close up pictures, but it's since been scrubbed down a little bit since.)
