Sterling Silver Turquoise Necklace

16 in necklace with a 3 inch extender. Total 19 inches. Green Stone is 3/4 in long. I am not sure turquoise is real, it is faceted. I tried to take enough pictures showing turquoise. All is cold to the touch including green stone which has black specs in it.
