Sterling Silver Navajo Cuff Bracelet & Ring Set Signed Azurite Stones

Azurite stones. Sterling Silver hallmark (STER) with signature of artist (Vincent?). From my mom's collection. She traveled doing shows and selling Native American jewelry. This set was passed along to me. She was selling or gave $934 for the set as shown on the price tags. The measurements are shown in the photos.
