Sterling Silver Multi Gemstone Heart Necklace

Sterling silver necklace with multi gemstone heart pendant. Stones test in the amethyst, aquamarine, and garnet ranges. They yellow and green stones test in the glass range so I suspect those ones are cubic zirconia. Chain measures 18 inches length, pendant measures 1 inch length and 13/16ths of an inch wide. Stamped 925, India, and acid tests positive for sterling silver. G-6
