Sterling Silver Carved Lucite Bird Brooch, Vintage Tropical Bird Pin Hallmarked

Vintage sterling silver carved bird brooch. Setting is sterling and is marked 925 and has a hallmark that looks like a castle. Possibly Dutch maker based on my hallmark research. The carving is a plastic, but didn’t test positive for Bakelite, which was my first guess. So lucite or celluloid most likely.
