Gorgeous emerald cut blue topaz with clear topaz accents on the sides, set in sterling silver. I was surprised to see this is Avon, signed inside Avon 925 RJ 10. It’s a size 10, and in great condition. Metal tested to confirm sterling silver and gemstones tested on a Presidium.
