Sterling Silver Blue Black Colored Clear Diamond Cluster Ring, Size 7

Wasnt sure how to describe this ring. It has navy blue in the center, then a ring of clear diamonds around it. And then black stones on the outside. When I researched it, it said it has colored diamonds. But when I use the diamond tester it would only register the clear ones
