Sterling Silver Abalone Butterfly Ring with Articulated Wings

Sterling Silver (stamped 925) articulated abalone butterfly ring, size 5 1/2. This beautifully handcrafted ring has hinged wings allowing them to move. It is secured with silver solder onto a substantial sterling band and is a piece that was handcrafted in the late 1970s. Abalone has historically been used in vintage native jewelry as well as nautical themed jewelry as a reminder of the sea.
