Sterling Lapis Filigree Ring 5.5

This ring has a vintage design that is quite attractive. It features a rectangular cabochon lapis stone with small blue topaz square stones to the sides of it. They are faceted. The metal is bright shade of silver that looks like white gold. Or rhodium. It is stamped STS. The metal has some wear similar to what happens to gold, but again, I believe this is sterling. I love the design of the ring. If it was large enough for me, I'd keep it. It's a petite 5 1/2 tho. Questions are welcome.
