Steppin Out red and black checked strapless short party dress with black waistband and bow in front. Fit/flare Sweetheart neckline with spaghetti straps, top portion has boning. Lined, with small layer of tulle ruffle underneath hem. Zips up back. It does zip all the way up, it was just too small for my mannequin. Super cute!!
