Stephan de Raucourt Speckled Suede Kitten Heels

These leather and suede heels are made in Italy. They are decorated with spots that look like a plastic, not as shiny as sequins. They're honestly in pretty rough condition. Suede is faded, lots of wear on bottoms. Inner footbed is bubbling coming up in parts. See pics for details. Size 39.5, which I believe is around an 8.5.
