Stella Parker XXL Blue White Peasant Blouse

This is a peasant style tunic top from Stella Parker Collection size XXL. It is pure white with a blue paisley pattern and blue tassel trim. The neckline has a narrow band and a v in front with drawstring style ties that have tassels. The front placket has tiny pleats. The sleeves have an elastic wrist and an unusual design I have tried to photograph. They are classic at the shoulder and extend down about 9" then are gathered all around but not elasticized and pouf slightly at the forearm. The fabric is rayon which gives the top a nice drape. It is machine wash cold and tumble dry. Bust about 44". NWT
