highlandthrift @tasharblount its 16" across on the bust with the dress laying down flat. I tried it on for more guidance. im about a size 8/ medium / DD and it wont go up over my bust. its stops too tight right at the bottom of my bra. its a fantastic dress and I would definitely keep it if it fit me.
