Pull on stretch over the knee boots worn one time. Minor scuffing on soles. These are too tight on my feet and legs. You can scrunch or fold the material down the leg. Size 40 but fit like a US 9. Top leg opening 16” Calf leg opening:12” About 24” tall Heel: 1.5”
