Stella Lou Hair tie (rubber band) purchased at Hong Kong Disneyland. Super cute. One end is Stella Lou’s adorable face and the other side is her bum. Part of a set. I’m keeping one so I had to cut the package. Brand new. Last photo is of the price tag on the set (not on the piece I am selling).
