Steiff Louis Teddy Bear: 1994 LTD ED USA Exclusive, Chestnut Mohair, Restored

The LTD ED Steiff Teddy Bear Louis 1994 USA Exclusive is a limited edition plush bear made in Germany. This teddy bear is a rare find that celebrates a milestone in the history of teddy bears. Oh my gosh. Poor Louis arrived here with no ears and a huge rip in his face. I had to order in some mohair and then dyed it to match. In the right light you can still see that it is just SLIGHTLY different. I repaired his rips and then added new ears. So, he has no box and he doesn't have his medallion and he doesn't have his ear tag or button but he is just the sweetest guy. Won't you give him a new home? He does have his certificate, is otherwise perfect (I promise, you can't even see where the rip was on his head) and his growler works just fine. He complains an awful lot to me. Anyhow, sold as is.
