I normally wear a 9 in other shoes, but like thicker socks and a little wiggle room, so this size works great for me. The color is like a darker olive tone that looks somewhat brown depending on what you wear with it, and the lighting. Overall great pre-loved condition. These were my favorite running out for an errand shoe because it was so easy to toss on, felt good, and worked with just about any outfit. Some rubbing along the bottom. As well as some parts of the decorative trim is rubbed off, shown in pictures. Still comfortable, with no noticed damage to the main body of the shoe, stains, or piling of the wool.
