Stefanel denim jean jacket soft

I purchased this jacket in Europe decades ago. Super cute. Says it is a size 6, but please check out the pit to pit dimensions - runs small across the chest. The buttons are all patina’d. Not sure if they were like that when I bought it or if it’s just due to the age. The sleeves are mid length. Questions? Leave a comment below!
