Steelseries Stratus XL Gaming Controller

Steelseries Stratus XL Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Controller for Windows & Android. There’s a problem with one of the top buttons, either the R1 or L1 I believe. It doesn’t seem to work. I got around this problem by assigning that particular button to a different one that I was less likely to use.
